We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Quantity Surveyor

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Role Description

This role is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor at Tilden Development Limited.
The Quantity Surveyor will oversee cost estimation, BOQ creation, cost tracking, financial planning, and expenditure reporting.
The position involves collaborating with project teams to conduct detailed cost evaluations and offer solutions for budget efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related area
3-5 years working experience as a Quantity Surveyor with prior site engineering exposure
Membership or qualification with NIQS or other related bodies is an added advantage
PMP certification is also considered a plus
Solid understanding of industry regulations, standards, and practices
Experience with budgeting, controlling expenses, and planning
Planning and managing resources, materials, and tools for project delivery
Proficiency with AutoCAD and verifying quantities from design drawings
Oversee purchase and delivery of building materials, ensuring they meet standards
Work experience on residential and commercial building projects
Familiarity with codes like NBC, ANSI/ASHRAE for HVAC, and LEED for green buildings
Skilled in preparing BOQs and creating cost reports
Knowledge of BIM and quantity take-off tools
Ability to coordinate multiple construction works at different phases
Relevant professional registration or memberships is a plus
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Keen attention to detail and strong numerical ability
Effective communication and team collaboration skills
Familiarity with relevant technical applications and platforms

2.) Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Plan and implement strategies for income generation, market entry, and partnership development
Market Expansion: Locate and develop potential partnerships, clients, and market areas locally and globally. Build strong ties with stakeholders in property and technology sectors
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client, investor, and industry expert relationships. Support existing clients and encourage repeat partnerships
Negotiation and Deal Closure: Oversee deal discussions and complete agreements from start to finish. Coordinate with teams like Sales and Legal for successful execution
Sales Strategy and Execution: Partner with Sales team to define key markets and prospects. Set sales targets and monitor performance results
Market Insights and Competitor Analysis: Keep track of market changes, innovations, and competitor moves. Offer suggestions to strengthen services and remain competitive
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on company strategy and offerings
Team Leadership and Development: Recruit and manage a high-performing business development team. Set clear KPIs and mentor team members to achieve goals

Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related course. A Master’s or MBA is a bonus.

Qualifications:

At least 4 years of experience in business development or sales, including 2 years in a leadership role. Background in real estate, PropTech, or tech sectors preferred
Well-informed about PropTech trends, market challenges, and solutions. Familiarity with property tech and management systems is a benefit
Ability to craft and implement long-term strategic business goals. Proven track record of closing partnerships and scaling revenue
People skills: Must communicate clearly and build rapport internally and externally
Negotiation experience in closing complex deals
Leadership ability to coach, guide, and grow a winning team

3.) Human Resources Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Officer to be part of our growing team.
The right candidate should have at least 3 years of HR work experience.
As an HR Officer, you will help in shaping and applying HR policies and initiatives that support growth and promote a healthy work culture.

Key Responsibilities

Support the setup and rollout of HR projects and systems
Offer guidance on HR rules and staff policies

Requirements and Skills

Knowledge of labor regulations and workplace policies
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
Well-organized and able to handle time-sensitive tasks
Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills
Can make decisions and solve staff issues when needed
Demonstrates integrity and professionalism
